dpb_output_du_delay	int	r/w	is used to compute the DPB output time of the AU.
dpb_output_du_delay_present_flag	int	r/w	specifies the presence of the dui_dpb_output_du_delay syntax element in the DUI SEI message.
du_cpb_removal_delay_increment	bytes	r/w	specifies the duration between the nominal CPB times of the last DU in decoding order in the current AU.
sublayer_delays_present_flag	bytes	r/w	specifies whether dui_du_cpb_removal_delay_increment[i] is present for the sublayer.
